En ocasiones no queremos ver más allá de las ventajas que se anuncian en cada herramienta tecnológica, aceptando sin otra consideración que se va a conseguir trabajar menos y realizar tareas en menos tiempo.

Previamente a la compra de tecnología, debemos considerar si realmente es necesaria, es decir, si el proceso de negocio se puede realizar sin esa herramienta.

También es conveniente evaluar alternativas a una determinada aplicación para comprobar si alguna de ellas se ajusta mejor a nuestro modelo de negocio.

Estoy encantado de publicar en este artículo algunas ideas que me ha transmitido Jeff Turner, conocidísimo en EEUU por sus iniciativas empresariales y conferencias, relacionadas con las tecnologías y el mercado inmobiliario. 

Su eslogan en su perfil de Twitter empieza con un "hay un método para toda esta locura" y realmente lo debe utilizar para gestionar la conversación con cerca de 12.000 seguidores, atender a sus compromisos profesionales, personales (6 hijos) e incluso responder a entrevistas para blogs inmobiliarios:
